Credit Cards touch new high

Credit card issued touched new 24.5 million as per central bank data. This is the highest growth ever since RBI started maintaining a record. HDFC Bank stands at the top with a share of 7.28 million cards, which is about 22 percentage.

 Axis Bank moved to fourth position displacing Citibank. SBI showing high potential for growth in sales as many other bank has tied up with SBI for issuing SBI credit cards.
